WS1 and ServiceNow Overview

Over the last couple of weeks, I was inspired to write my first series of blog posts. This effort stemmed from a customer question about the integration of WorkspaceONE UEM and ServiceNow. In this case we will be exploring how to configure a full round trip of devices that exist in the UEM environment being synced over to the ServiceNow system to keep the CMDB system updated with no manual work. Over the lifecycle of that device, it will go though many different application versions, break / fix cycles, etc.. and a technician taking an action in ServiceNow should also be reflected in the UEM console and actions based on that taken automatically.
